    Immunization Schedule

    This is due to change from research or new information. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR, do not rely on this page. The below buttons are links to where I got my information.

    As you can see, there are many vaccines to keep up with. The good news is that it does not have to be overwhelming! If you go to the doctor for a yearly checkup as an adult, then the doctor will have it in their chart when you should get it. If you have any questions about specific vaccines, contact your doctor so they can give you all the information you need. After they explain, it is important that if you still don’t understand to tell them that. It does not help anyone for you to say you know it when you don’t. It is the doctor’s and your job to ensure you are properly informed

    Newborn

    • Hepatitis B- first dose within 24 hours of birth

    • RSV (Respiratory syncytial virus)- if the baby is born during the RSV season, and the mother did not get the vaccine while pregnant, this vaccine is given within one week after being born

    2 Months

    • Hepatitis B- second Dose

    • Rotavirus- First Dose

    • DTaP (Diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis)- first dose

    • Hib (Haemophilus influenza type B)- first Dose

    • PCV (Pneumococcal conjugate)- first dose

    • IPV (Inactivated poliovirus)- first dose

    4 Months

    • Rotavirus- second dose

    • DTaP- second dose

    • Hib- second Dose

    • PCV- Second Dose

    • IPV- Second Dose

    6 Months

    • HepB- third dose

    • Rotavirus- if doing the three-dose option, this is the third dose

    • DTaP- third dose

    • Hib- if doing four dose option, this is the third dose

    • PCV- third dose

    • IPV- third dose

    • Flu Vaccine

    • Covid vaccine

    12 Months/ 1 Year

    • MMR- measles, mumps, and rubella- first dose

    • HepA (Hepatitis A)- dose 1

    • PCV- fourth dose

    15 Months

    • VAR (Varicella/ chicken pox)- first dose

    • DTaP- fourth dose

    • Hib- last dose depending on if you chose the three or four group option

    18 Months

    • HepA- second dose

    4-6 Years Old

    • DTaP- fifth dose

    • IPV- fourth dose

    • MMR- second dose

    • VAR- second dose

    11-12 Years Old

    • Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis)- first dose, renewed every 10 years after

    • HPV (Human papillomavirus)- first and second dose, these are 5 months apart from each other. Can start at age 9

    • MenACWY (Mengingoccal)- first dose

    16 Years Old

    • MenACWY- second dose

    19-49 Years Old

    • Covid 19 (if recommended)

    • Flu vaccine- repeated every year

    • RSV- if pregnant during RSV season

    • Tdap- every pregnancy or every 10 years

    • MMR

    • VAR- ages 45 or younger 

    • Shingles (if recommended)

    • HPV- ages 27-45

    • Pneumococcal

    • Hepatitis A

    • Hepatitis B

    • Meningococcal

    • Hib

    • Mpox

    50-64 Years Old

    • Covid 19 (if recommended)

    • Flu vaccine- repeated every year

    • RSV

    • Tdap- every pregnancy or every 10 years

    • MMR (68 years old and younger)

    • Shingles (if recommended)

    • Pneumococcal

    • Hepatitis A

    • Hepatitis B

    • Meningococcal

    • Hib

    • Mpox

    Over 65 Years 

    • Covid 19 (if recommended)

    • Flu vaccine- repeated every year

    • RSV

    • Tdap- every pregnancy or every 10 years

    • MMR (68 years old and younger)

    • Shingles (if recommended)

    • Pneumococcal

    • Hepatitis A

    • Hepatitis B

    • Meningococcal
