    Mental Health

Mental health is extremely important. If mental health is left in a negative position for too long it can begin to develop into physical symptoms. Some common examples are depression, anxiety, and high amounts of stress. The best route is to contact your doctor and express the feelings you have. This can be hard. Many people are afraid their doctors will judge them and that is a normal feeling. However, If your doctor does male you feel inadequate, inferior, or make you feel like they do not care, you have some options. Either tell them how they are making you feel, or request to see a different doctor.
